The ground rules for using this website and for enquiring about ClinQ.

These terms apply when you use this website or ask about ClinQ through it or through a marketplace listing, such as the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. The website is operated by Expericia Technologies ("Expericia", "we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. About ClinQ

ClinQ is a hospital management system for hospitals and clinics, provided as software as a service. Using ClinQ as a customer is governed by a separate written subscription agreement or order form between your organisation and Expericia. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins for your use of the service.

2. Enquiries, demos and free trials

  • Asking for a demo or contacting us creates no contract and no obligation to buy.
  • ClinQ is not sold through a marketplace checkout. A marketplace "Contact me" listing only passes your details to us so we can get in touch.
  • Prices are quoted for your facility and are not fixed until we send you a written quote or order form.
  • Free trials, where offered, are for evaluation only. Please do not enter real patient data into a trial unless we have agreed in writing that you may.

3. Using the website

You agree not to misuse the website. In particular, you will not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other people's data;
  • introduce malware, or send automated or bulk requests that burden the website;
  • submit false or misleading details, or details about another person without their consent;
  • copy, scrape or reuse our content, screenshots or branding for a competing or misleading purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The website, the ClinQ software, the ClinQ name and logo, and the content and screenshots on this site belong to Expericia or its licensors. You may view and share pages of this website for your own evaluation of ClinQ. Nothing here transfers any right in them to you. Product screenshots use fictional demonstration data.

5. Information on this website

We work to keep the website accurate, but it describes products that change. Features, modules and integrations may differ from what is shown, and some may be planned rather than available. Please confirm what you need with us before relying on it. Nothing on this website is medical, legal or regulatory advice, and using ClinQ does not by itself make a hospital compliant with ABDM, DPDP, NABH or any other requirement. Compliance depends on how each hospital configures and uses the system.

6. Clinical use

ClinQ, including its AI features, supports hospital staff. It does not replace clinical judgement. Qualified clinicians remain responsible for every clinical decision.

7. Third-party sites

The website may link to sites we do not control, including marketplace listings. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Expericia is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, and our total liability for the website is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for the ClinQ service itself is set out in your subscription agreement.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and using the website after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
